Our core principals are:

Collaboration We recognize that collaboration both nurtures partnerships and unites organizations to reach common ground, guiding positive change in our work and communities.

Excellence We achieve this community of excellence by incorporating the highest standards of inquiry, learning and critical thinking.

Innovation We’ve devoted considerable resources in research and development to design approaches and programs that meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Opportunity We understand that one of the hallmarks of our nation is that opportunity abounds. Yet we also know that opportunity is not equally available to all.  Our task is to build housing, family support systems and an economy that works. For everyone.

CASA of Oregon provides a collegial and supportive work environment. Our employees are skilled and committed. We respect each other and value team work. We have a casual, informal work place while at the same time maintaining high professional standards.
