Valley Individual Development Accounts
(VIDA)
VIDA is a collaborative among nineteen
organizations in or near the Willamette Valley of
Oregon. VIDA is committed to serve and help
help develop wealth through Individual
Development Accounts (IDA's). This program gives the opportunity to grow financially and to begin accumulating assets. for more information click here.
Each VIDA organization also provides financial education, peer support, and matched savings accounts to help the participant reach their goals.
An IDA is a special matched savings account designed to help participants and their family:

buy a Home
-
start or expand a Small Business
-
continue or commence your Post Secondary Education or Post Secondary Vocational Education.
To be eligible you must:

meet income guidelines
-
be at least 18 years old
-
and be committed to improving your life
