CASA of Oregon is the administrator and fiduciary organization behind the Valley Individual Development Accounts (VIDA) Program, the largest Individual Development Account program collaborative in the State of Oregon.

With forty-two member agencies in more than thirty-one counties, VIDA is present in urban as well as rural areas, supporting people with home buying, small business development, home repair or rehabilitation, adaptive equipment or technology to obtain or maintain employment, or post-secondary education/workforce training.

Matched Education Savings Account (MESA) College Initiative

MESA supports Oregonians with limited financial resources in achieving post-secondary education by leveraging their savings and incentivizing positive financial behaviors. MESA is a matched savings account (also known as an individual development account, or IDA) for Oregon's current and future students to pursue post-secondary education.
