General Information
CASA partners with Washington’s Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing (ORFH) to hold a biennial training conference for property managers, owners, asset managers, maintenance personnel and service providers.
Conference Objectives
- Provision of comprehensive training for attendees, with a forum for the formal and informal dissemination of consistent management practices at farmworker housing projects throughout the Northwest.
- Creation of a forum for informal exchanges between regulatory agencies in order to reduce management deficiencies or technical findings.
- Networking opportunities between growers, financing institutions and other stakeholders for increased farmworker housing and related services financing possibilities and collaborative efforts.
